  • incorrect information given at hearing for ccj to be set aside

Hello, rather perplexed and annoyed. went to court today, it has been on going for past year. last year had a warrant of control from them about a ccj that I knew nothing about issued in 2012. went to see if I could get it set aside, was very stressed at the time with daughter seriously ill in hospital. the judge refused to set ccj aside. at the time it was acknowledged ccj got sent to current address. In november I went to court again to say I requested cca from claimant and proof of debt, this time the different judge said for claimant to provideit within 21 days. however they got a lot longer , came up with an application form for a credit card signed in 1998 , and a letter sent to my old address in 2012 saying arrow global had bought the debt. have lived at current address since 2009. went to court today , shouldhave gone early march, but weather was adverse for getting out where we lived. anyway the judge and the solicitor said the ccj was sent to my old adress, whereas previously they said it had been sent to current address and that I had tried to get ccj set aside in 2012. that is news to me. the fact they are now saying they sent ccj to old address in 2012 that I had moved from from in 2009 and that I had tried to get it set aside. the judge today did not set it aside but he said it did not make any difference that it was sent to my old address, the only thing that would make a diffrenc is if I had lived in spain for five years.I am very concerned that incorrect information was said about where the ccj was sent and also that I tried to set it aside when it was issued.I have to admit seeing that application for a credit card with my name and signature on way back in 1998 threw me, but what the judge and solicitor is saying and what is wrote down is wrong. can I do anything about this ?
