Couty Court Claim Form Received

Hi, I received a Claim Form from Northampton Court for a PCN incident dating back to Jul 17. What are my options, do I have to attend? Can I ignore it? Do I pay it? Advice please as I do not know what to do?

I am trying to upload the document, but it does not even seem to work. Have tired in Chrome as well as IE, but still nothing.
