  • No CCA after 12+2 days

    Hi
Is there a template to say that 12+2 days have lapsed and therefore the credit card debt is not enforceable as no CCA or any other doccuments are not received as a reply to the request made for the CCA with a £1 postal order sent recorded first class.
    Please advice

In my opinion reminding them just for the sake of it is not advisable. In the past, once the CCA time was up I just left it, however, when they then further hassled me I just wrote saying they were in default of my CCA request
