MotoNovo Voluntary Termination

Hey guys, Ive VTd my HP agreement through MotoNovo Finance due to take effect on the 30th April 18. Ive paid over 50 per cent of the agreement and from what Ive been reading the company called Manheim are the vehicle inspectors. Now, Ive had a custom made exhaust fitted to the vehicle about 8 months ago, resonator delete so its quite loud, wife said I was going through a mid life crisis haha. My question is will the guy from Manheim note this down on his inspection and try to charge me for a refit to a manufacturers standard exhaust? Or on the other hand, should I just tell them that the vehicle came like that. Im assuming MotoNovo would have the details of the car from the dealership when I took out the car 2 years ago........looking for advice please. Oh also, am I obliged to sign the Inspection when Manheim come to collect the car?
