Hi, First of all I would like to say hi to thank any one in advance who can help.
I have just received a parking notice charge from Premier Park. it has been sent to me as the registered keeper but my partner was driving. We bought a ticket on 24 March for 3 hours at the Maritime Car Park Falmouth and inadvertently overstayed by 25 minutes. We realised our mistake as we drove up the road and went back to the car park to see if we could pay an excess charge, which has been available in other Premier Park car parks. This was not the case and left. Is it worth challenging the charge?
Any help would be greatly received as £60 or £100 seems an excessive amount for 25 minutes.
