  • Parking Notice Charge Maritime Car Park Falmouth

Hi, I have just received a parking notice charge from Premier Park, it has been sent to me as the registered keeper but my partner was driving. We bought a ticket on 24 March for 3 hours at the Maritime Car Park Falmouth and inadvertently overstayed by 25 minutes. We realised our mistake as we drove up the road and went back to the car park to see if we could pay an excess charge, which has been available in other Premier Park car parks. This was not the case and left. Is it worth challenging the charge?
Any help would be greatly received as £60 or £100 seems an excessive amount for 25 minutes.
    Thanks ajmpjf

So edit your post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred, use "the driver....." etc. In any dealers make it clear that you were not driving.

Falmouth harbour is subject to byelaws and therefreo there is no keeper liability. See if the area that the car was parked was in the area covered by the byelaws.

Post up the PCN, with identifying details removed. Leave dates.
