  • Ppi claim

Hi everyone, I'd appreciate some advice. My husband made a ppi claim to Northern Rock through a ppi company. Today he was told that he was successful and was being awarded £2300 he was then told that the company invoice would be just over £900. My question is that the claim is in joint names and the money awarded is in joint names yet I knew nothing about this and I never signed any agreement with the claims company. Are they entitled to £900 as I didn't agree it and the claim is joint? Surely I should have agreed to the fee not just my husband. £900 seems a large amount of money. Thank you in advance.

    A couple of questions:

Who is the claims management company?

Who notified your husband of the award?

Is PPI award on a joint account ie mortgage?
