Hello, I've just returned my car after having it for 4 years on Pcp. It was 1.5 years old when I got it (it was an ex reps car so had done 25k miles in this time). A guy came round to inspect my car today. He agreed for the age that my car is in fantastic condition and well looked after. However they are wanting £360 for various things (scratch on wheels, wear on driver's carpet, slight scratch on rear bumper, missing jack which may I add was never there in the first place!). I refused to sign to agree to pay the charges. Please can anyone help on where I stand with this and what to do next? Any help is much appreciated. This is a lot of money to me which I can not afford to pay.
