  • AO problem

We have bought a new Hisense FROST free fridge freezer. This was July 2017. Everything went well for a couple of months. Then l noticed frost/ice in the top freezer drawer. I reported this to AO and they said this shouldn't have happened. They agreed to send an engineer out. He came and said drawers were not fitted properly in factory and there was nothing he could do with it. More time went on with various holidays coming in between. They sent an engineer again with a seal for the drawer but it wouldn't go on, and again he made a report that it couldn't be fixed. Today we received a new drawer insert. The problem lies with the outter drawers, they simply don't fit. I want to claim by section 75. I want to know if we get our money back, who will own the fridge freezer? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you claimed from the company itself under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 ? You reported a fault within 6 months, they have had every opportunity to fix the problem and haven't. You are therefore rejected the item. The clock stopped when you first reported.
