    Hello

    Hello I'm Jane. I voluntarily terminated my PCP with Fiat in November 2017. It's only today they've sent me an invoice for excess mileage, a scuffed alloy wheel and collection fee. I've used the template from this site and have emailed them today and also included date stamped photos I took the day the car was collected as evidence that the car was in excellent condition with evidence of regular servicing etc. I'm awaiting their response and anticipate a fight ahead but hopefully I'll be able to seek advice and support from you experts
