Is Robinson Way writing to you about a debt which has been assigned to Hoist Portfolio?

If so who was the original creditor and what do these letters say?

Hi, it’s a debt from Barclay card and Cabot financial/capital one.

Last time the cards were paid on was approx 4 years ago. Used as to purchase about 6years

long story short they were credit cards from an old business stupidly put in my own name.

The letters have been coming for about a year and are mostly always the same format.

I have been just ignoring them as they are always the same and would only be worried if it was for a ccj although I’m in NIreland if that makes a jurisdiction difference

They seem to vary in discount on a settlement on month 75% then 66% etc

i have added some photos of the letters and any help would be really appreciated.

      Thank you
