  • regulatory bodies for legal professionals

If you are unhappy with the service you are receiving for a solicitor or barrister, please stop using them immediately. Do not make the mistake I made in believing that the regulatory bodies which are The Legal Ombudsman, The Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Bar Standards Board are there to protect users of legal services from the actions of corrupt legal professionals.

THEY ARE NOT! They have two roles. firstly to act as a facade of respectability, regulation and integrity to make people wrongly believe the legal professionals have to follow a strict code of conduct and secondly, to take whatever steps are necessary to cover up negligence, misconduct and criminal activity.

Even if you have the most compelling evidence of misconduct, I can assure you that no action will be taken so don't bother using the regulatory bodies, just find a legal professional you can trust (If there is one out there), or do what I desperately wish I had done, defend yourself.

If I had defended myself, the judge would have found out the truth rather than the utter pack of lies told to him by my defence barrister. £15,000 to be falsely incriminated by my own defence barrister.
