    Hi Everyone - retired former lawyer still trying to help people use the legal system to obtain redress when the system seems to be designed to prevent that. Checking out a former lender now liquidated which apparently offered deposit plus loans in tandem with a mortgage lender in 2005. The former lender is Flex Investments, anyone got any information, including who might now own their loan book?

      Their Loan book is now owned by Flex mortgages Ltd

        You've started a thread, if you give more details on that thread, then members can advise you, posting on a 6 year old thread isn't going to help you.
