i defaulted on a JD Willams account when I experienced some serious mental health issues in 2015. I have moved homes several times since then and now have put those health issues behind me. In the last week I have received a letter from Lowell Solicitors saying they may take me to court unless I pay the full amount in 30 days of receipt of the letter. I do not have that sort of money to pay outright. It also concerns me how they find my new address. I've not acknowledged the debt is mine. Do I just pay?
