I was caught today 8th of March 2018 at TK Maxx for shoplifting and they sent me into a room ask of my ID card I show it to them she ask of my birthday my address and stuff like that. The bottom line is they gave me a form to fill and some people called RLP or send me a letter that I can pay my fine. The shop manager said to me out of Shameless I can call them and negotiate it on the phone rather than to send me a letter. My question is that one can I negotiate it with them on the phone or they can send me an email to pay through it .please can you help me out.

hi
Bit late at night to answer this but do not talk tp them on phone, do not email them, do not write to them.
Please IGNORE them completely.
They will send a series of scary letters and then stop.
They have lost nothing and have no right to pursue you with bogus threats of court action.
Just IGNORE, IGNORE and IGNORE some more
