Hi
I'm from Iowa so I need advice pertaining to Iowa Law. My father passed away in October a year and a half ago. The executer opened the estate and the lawyer have been working on it since. I have 5 siblings counting me. Three of the siblings are fine but two of them have been a headache since my Father died.
now the estate is ready to close. The Attorney sent out the accounts paperwork and we had a allowed number of days to sign. Three of us signed but the two troublesome siblings are refusing to sign.
My question is what happens next. Does it go before someone and they sign in there place or what?
