Hi, I need to ask s few questions before I can fully respond:
When did you hand in your sick note?
How long where you signed off for?
      Whst is your notice period?
What is your company sick pay policy?

      Thanks

If you were off sick then you would be paid in accordance with your company's sick pay policy regardless of whether this coincided with your notice period. In regards to holiday pay on termination you are entitled to any pro-rata accrued but untaken holiday up to the date of your leaving.
