  • Renault PCP voluntary termination

So I have decided that I am going to VT my renault Clio after nearly 3years of having the car, I have a payment of £5.80 to make to comply with paying over 50%. Its a 2015 plate and I agreed 6000 miles a year which I’m now on 18000.However, do I need to sign the paperwork they have sent to me to VT the slip says ‘I am exercing my right to vt my agreement. I understand how any liability amount will be calculated and the process of returning the car has been fully explained to me. I agree that I will settle any charges for collection of the vehicle damage, missing items and or excess mileage charges as invoiced to you’ do I need to sign this.

There’s a very useful guide calledÂ*A guide to voluntary termination: your rights
Part 6 should cover your question.
