  • Working Time Directive

    There's a security guard stationed at my company that works for 12 consecutive days in order to allow his colleague to go on holiday.... We all know that's wrong, but does anyone think it's wrong for me to report him? And how would you go about doing that?

    They can opt out of the working time directive - must be done in writing,

      Why would you report him, if you're going to report anybody surely it's the company he works for, is he being forced/coerced to do this?
      Sorry i'm just thinking out loud, it might be irrelevant, I am not employed in anyway in the legal profession, please ensure you research any advice I give before using it I have been known to be wrong on multiple occasions.
