  • claimants asked to provide original cca by court

hello, have been asked to post this , last June our daughter was seriously unwell in hospital, miles away from where we live. At this time we had a warrant of control ,I think it was by post. It came from our local county court. we straight away went to the court and said we didnt know anything about this alleged debt, and also that a ccj had been issued in June 2012, five years previously We filed in a court form to apply to set ccj aside on those grounds . Went for a hearing and the judge ruled against us, even though we said we didnt know about ccj, debt and were asking Arrow for proof. Our daughter came out of hospital, after nine months, and then we had a red letter from court saying bailiffs were coming with a van . We applied to court again , and the judge, a different judge saw we had tried to get proof of CCA and Arrow had no paperwork. The judge gave Arrow three weeks. that was a fortnight ago. Today we had a first class letter from court saying arrow had three weeks from yesterdays date to provide cca and hearing would be on the 2nd march. It also says it may be released to another judge and possibly at a different court. Has anybody any thoughts on this much appreciated
