Hi I have recently discovered that this debt company have taken me to court for an old loan with lending Stream. Several years back before I spilt with my partner I took this loan out and forgot all about it with the trauma of splliting from my long term partner and losing my job. They sent a claim in December 2017 which I defended and offered a repayment plan. Depsite trying to contact them with over 40 minutes of wiating to speak to someone and the court number out of service I couldn't come to an agreement before the claim went ahead. I have found 2 emails in my spam box and what letter. An agreement was arranged but I was never even informed it had failed till the CCJ notice- can I set this claim aside ? They informed me when complaining about their service they had, had a large number of calls and couldnt even give me a date I had to pay the CCJ off before it registered on my credit record.I really dont need this right now and think they are appalling
