Hi I am Anni-bits mother of 4 girls and one son who has asd, all are under 11, I am trying to fight shop direct, british gas and hate equifax with a passion, its one of my personal hobbies to take up as much of their time with complaints as humanly possible. My personal best at the moment is 12 e-mailed replies in one day lol

You may or may not notice that i cannot spell to save my life:tung:
I will apologise for this now english is not my first language and I tend to have a million kids distracting me whenever I do try to write something.

You sound a very busy, but very determined mum. Well good for you.
I suggest you start a thread in each of the relevant forums I will give you the links in a mo.
Give as much detail as you can, without any personal details, names and addresses etc.
