Hi..

just getting to know the site.....

Will probably be needing a little direction later.. have a on going court claim on hold since last August 07 with Abbey..would really like a little advice how to remove the court stay due to financial hardship....the judgement set was that the case had to be heard by 31st Oct 2008 or whenever sooner with the test case... tried FOS they were very good, however they did say the bank was not obliged to refund charges.. got a small partial goodwill gesture payment..better than nothing, but it falls short of the actual total.. The Abbey have been really awful to deal with.. drag everything out to the max..my case is genuine.. I keep trying....do not seem to get anywhere....i am sure that will change.... the site looks really positive....
