  • Welcome Matt Saunders

    A big welcome from Legal Beagles to You and I am glad the link helped. What you need to do is start a thread in the NatWest section and on this site it means it is your story and your story alone. No one will move it onto another thread it will remain here. I will PM you with answers to your query but Welcome. I can get you to the first stage which is charges, and we have a wealth of experience IF you need to take the bank to court.
    How to start a thread. Natwest forum, top right and it says new thread, click that and you have your title, and the main bit you will tell your story.
    All the advice will come rushing in.

        Neither a borrower nor a lender be;
        For loan oft loses both itself and friend,
        And borrowing dulls the edge of husbandry.

            THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.
