      It would be good if you can click on the following link, NEW NATIONWIDE THREAD, which will start a thread for you
      and give us a bit of background to your situation.

      I appreciate that you have sent a PM to one of the team, but as we aren't online 24/7 (as individuals) it may delay you getting help.

      If there are any details you dont want to post, for whatever reason, leave them out.
      But the more info you can give us the better as it will enable us to see the full picture and not just a snapshot.

      Its a lot easier to sort one large battle out, then spend time going from fight to fight and possibly just repeating processes than could be done just the once.
      As usually things can be linked and have 'knock on' effects
