      Evening.....
Finally finished Fendys mammoth thread on the 'other side' and thought I nip over 'ere. I need to pick her brains on the K Town judges and telephone hearings. I've got one lined up next month with A&L (a hearing...not a judge)

Hiya Monkey Boy.............. glad to help in whatever way I can. So far I have found Keighley Judges, particularly Judge Hickinbottom to be fantastic. Very fair, deffo on the side of the little man, and very very firm with the banks. I have had two phone hearings so far and both times, felt very much that he was on the side of the claimant. I know judges are impartial, but simply by doing away with AQ's, not even charging the £100 squid like some courts still do, and by ordering a telephone hearing for directions early on, I firmly feel he is doing us all a favour by forcing the banks/credit card companies hands early on to save wasting time. He knows that they dont like going through with them. They do, but they hate it. Thats usually something to be able to negotiate on well early on. If you wanna PM me or start your own thread I am more than happy to help in whatever way I can. But to date I have found Keighley to be exceptionally good at wrapping these things up quickly to save time, resources and paper.

        All the best.

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

Hi all new and old peeps......
I am yet another normal (well sort of!) guy here to help after my 2 claims were settled and I had nothing else to do other than lurk in the lamp post area and help anyway I can!
I had a mis-sold loan and PPI by EGG and fought them for 4 years. This was wiped out after 4 years fighting!
For the last year I had Moorcroft to deal with as well.....
My Natwest Bank charges of over £2000 refunded with help and support from everyone again...Just prior to the AQ hearing....
Thanks to fendyweather and the gang of reprobates help.....lol

But seriously..........everyone here is as nutty as a fruit cake and will have you laughing.......loads!
Not only fun but there's even help claiming too........lol
          Nice to see you....

Yea we need the fun, sometimes its the only thing that keeps you going, and I know that applies to me, when I am having a bad day I come on here and there is always someone round to cheer me up. It gives you just what you need to carry on the fight.

Oh look, I have to go out to collect catalogues and it's raining again! Got absolutly drenched yesterday, it suddently came down hard and fast and every time I had to cross a road I was ankle deep in water by the side of the road.

I need wellies! (it's supposed to be summer for heck sake, I'm supposed to be out working in my kibini top and shorts, not waterproofs and wellies!)

Love your limerick by the way, in fact, all of them are great. Shame I can't rhyme for anything, otherwise I'd have written one or two myself.
