Voluntary Termination of PCP agreement

Hi

I have contacted Audi (VW Finance ) regarding doing a voluntary termination of my PCP agreement, Although they are ok with me doing this they have mentioned I am liable for excess mileage under Clause 11 of the agreement which reads.

Mileage
If the vehicle covers more than:

• The Maximum Annual Mileage in any succeeding period of 12 months starting from the making of the agreement, and/or
• The Maximum Total Mileage, You will be liable to pay us the Excess Mileage charge shown on page 1. That Liability will accrue with each mile covered in excess of those miles, You must discharge that liability by paying us the charge on demand.
• If this agreement Terminates early we will reduces the Total maximum mileage in the proportion which the annual period of hire bears to the period of hire originally agreed, Any Excess Mileage Charge will be re calculated using that reduced Maximum total millage

Please can anyone advise , I thought under Section 100 (1) Liability is restricted to 50% of the total price payable
