Lowell Judgement, found you guys, hoping for little help!

Hi everyone,

I've just joined, as can't find exact answer to me question:

"Should I sign up with Lowell Solicitors site to pay CCJ before 30 days" or will this then give them more information to look me up for more debts that are near 6 years old unpaid?

If the court form from County Court Business Centre had how to pay on it, like bank account details, I'd pay in full.

I'm nervous of signing up to Lowell sharks site as they've been sending a few letters (perhaps 3 debts), all of which are ancient.

I screwed up and ignored the original court letter on this one, and got a CCJ but if I pay quick, with proof, it'll go away as I understand it.

I want to do that but I don't want to give Lowell MORE information about me by signing up to their site.

I'll try to find the correct forum to post in now, please let me know if anyone knows where.

You should just be able to send a cheque to Lowells, if they are the claimants. No need to sign in to their accounts system. Get free proof of posting from a post office or signed for. Take a copy of the cheque before you send.

Hi thanks for such a fast reply,

I was hoping to online bank it or pay by card.

I could go to the bank and get a cheque printed off, I guess, the letter says claimamnt is Lowells but payment to Lowell Solicitors (different address).

I've also posted in Received a Court Claim? forum now by the way.
