  • VT of Mercedes PCP

I am going to VT my Mercedes car I will be under the agreed milage limit by some way (7-8 K ) ( Ive decided to VT as the dealer say the value will give me no deposit, So as Im over 50% paid mark I did complain to the dealer about the milage being over stated , but they basically said its hard luck they wont give me any allowance and future value will still be way under . There are a few scuffs on the alloys and the cupholder in side has broken can they charge me for this ? There can t be a milage claim against as I am way under (7-8 pro -rata 10K against the full term ( 36 months 45 k agreement on 33 at the moment ) I am aware I cant claim any money back which is ironic considering the times they chase people in the reverse situation
I have had a service plan so all serviced to plan Tyres are fine and I have a paint defect repaired on the back quarter and bumper already . Im going to use the template letter and I will refuse to sign the Mercedes returns agreement paperwork pack if they still ask for it .
I think I should be fine but still wish I had never done a PCP , They don't have a service book its electronic so I guess may be wise to get service invoice copies . I will take pictures etc on the day of return on time stamp app as advised on here
anything else I should do before I VT the car ? .
