    Defaults on my credit file not mine

    Hi I just registered today.
    I have been checking my credit file and found 2 defaults and a CCJ which do not belong to me.
    The thing is my Son still lives with us and he has the same first and last name.
    He has money problems since loosing his job and also suffered with depression and I think the debts are his.
    Any advice would be most welcome.
