Hi.You will have to establish that you are a creditor by notifying the receiver/ administrator in writing and enclosing invoices/ claims for payment which will be checked against the company's liabilities.
This is unlikely to be a speedy process.

You will get your pay, including any holiday pay owed and redundancy money, either from the adminstrators if there is enough to pay you - paying the workers is the top priority - or from the government if there isn't enough money in the company. If it is paid by the government there is a maximum of £489 a week you will get.
