Re: northampton claims court.... please help

i have pretty much but as mentioned above following the template on site
to ask for all relavant documents but in the particulars it says agreement not contract and does NOT state anywhere default notice just that the defendant failed to make minimum payments or is that the same as default notice
it says on template if it does not say default notice in particulars to ask on here

full written particulars on n1 form is
by an agreement between CAPITAL ONE BANK (EUROPE) PLC & the defendant on or around 25/06/2014 ('the agreement') CAPITAL ONE BANK (EUROPE) PLC agreed to issue the defendant with a credit card. The defendant failed to make the minimum payments due & the agreement was terminated. the agreement was assigned to the claimant. THE CLAIMANT THEREFORE CLAIMS 1195.09

so nowhere does it state default notice in such words. other thing i picked up on was it said it was assigned to them
assigned meaning : to give a particular job or piece of work to someone
well to assign a job or piece of work does not involve the sale so if they bought the debt which no doubt they did is this another thing that could be used in my defence and their particulars would be incorrect and would make it a fraudalent instrument as im sure they would of been aware they bought the debt, as im sure they have, i just dont have anything in writing to confirm this

these (in red) are the only bits I can see that you could ask for

      the agreement
      notice of termination
      notice of assignment
