    Hi there,

    i am looking for some advice?

    i am a newly self employed delivery driver. when i started my job I worked a week in hand which wasn't a problem as it is common in most jobs.

    the situation i have now is that the company wants to move me to two weeks in hand after already been told in the interview it is weekly pay every Friday! (i have already worked two week and been payed for one)

    can they do this?? any help is much appriciated

    They can do want they want, there is no contract of employment. As a contractor your choice is accept the changed conditions or move to another company. That's the joy of self employed.
