Hi I am also looking for help understanding my offer of redress from DAF and unsure what I am entitled to my story is very similar, only I had two vehicles from one after another and also tried in the past to reclaim both PPI’s but was told I couldn’t, then received a letter from them in December asking if I would like to try again and received this letter which I don’t understand.

please if anyone could explain I would very much appreciate it, do I sign and agree or fight and speak to the ombudsman?
