Marston group has clamped my car

I dont no the reason for the clamp but i have not received any letter from them at all
i woke up to see that there is clamp on the car i had to get to work i was running late so i have removed my wheel and put on a spare one i have been ringing the bailiffs personal number which provided on the sticker which was on the window but the number is not working so i rang the office number which is provided on the same sticker
i have been ringing them since 9 this morning and no answer the automated machine says leave your number will call you back it has been 3 hours and no one has rang me back it does not say how much i need to pay when i go thru to automated payment line
i just dont no what to do

Are you aware of any outstanding debt that you might owe and this could relate to? Why not check your credit report and see if there is a CCJ registered against your name or any defaults reported which could indicate what this might be about. With it being Marstons and they have clamped your car I suspect it will be for an unpaid PCN as it also gives them your Reg No on their Warrant. Bad news is they can remove the vehicle after 2 hours. When did you last move address.
