Have you checked Register of County Court Judgments.
That should give you a definative answer.

A CCJ is not recorded unless there is any further action such as an Application to Vary or an Application for an AOE or bailiffs' Warrant of Control etc.

That explains it , thanks Di to be honest if there is a judgement but it has no effect on my credit rating then no harm don , they have their money , I have my good credit rating everyone happy I suppose , hopefully this is the last of a long road to repair my history after having a fun time in my 20s where I wasn't quite so responsible

Does this mean that they did send you their new bank details at some point and was that before or after January/February when the payments were due ?

Apparently they did , Ill be honest March April I was renovating the house so letters got missed / mislaid in the bomb site

I've just paid on their online portal now sent them confirmation and thankfully that will be the end of it
