Is this an other RPL attempt at moral Justice
Most replies on LB simply say just ignore them.

Scott97, at the end of the day rlp are just sending out what we call speculative invoices. A few questions tho' ...
were the police called at the time?
were you cautioned/charged?
have you received any letters from companies called rlp or dwf? (see - http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...535#post760535 for examples)

Re: Shop lifting from boots
The most likely outcome (depending on the value of the goods involved and the fact this is your first offence) will be a fixed penalty notice of between £50 & £80.
You are going voluntarily to the police for an interview, which will be under caution.
You should make an appointment and ask for the duty solicitor to accompany you, if you cannot afford your own.
If you suffer from depression and are taking medication, at least take the details with you (better still a letter from your doctor) and inform your solicitor prior to the interview.
Regarding the likes of Retail Loss Prevention and their letters, as already advised just ignore them.
