My husband received a judgement for claimant today , from the County Court Business Centre , stating he had not replied to the claim form and now owes all the money forthwith.
We are not disputing the amount owed but we did send back form N9A (SDT) form of admission (specified amount).
I photocopied the form before sending and sent it 1st class signed for on the same day , I have tracked it on royal mail and it was signed for 3 days later.
How do we go about sorting this out ?
