    Hello all looking for some advice please.
    Does a ccj/high court writ have to be registered as I'm dealing with hce group but not showing on my credit search with experia and trust. Cheers

    Your CCJ should show providing it was registered in the last 6 years. Providing it was for more than £600 then it can be transferred up to the High Court for enforcement purposes only & High Court Enforcement Officers instructed to recover the debt. This does not show on your Credit Report but you should be given a copy by HCE.

      Hello thank you for your reply I've asked hce for the writ and they have said no they don't have to show it as only ever one copy,?
