Hi everyone, just need clarification on something if possible please? I have received an ENFORCEMENT NOTICE at the house I used to live in with my Wife and children. I have since separated from my Wife, and have no longer anything to do with the house (I have been removed from the tenancy agreement) and have my own rented property in another town. The bailiff is saying I am still entitled to half of the belongings in the house as we are not yet divorced, so the bailiff says they are still entitled to seize goods to pay for my debt/ Surely this cant be the case? Can anyone confirm this please? Thank you

What type of debt are they trying to enforce?
