Hi Aj

Can you maybe post up the letter with your personal details removed. I only ask because there are so many types of letters sent out some need a response sent and some don't.

Also a brief outline of the debt I. E what it was for, when it was opened and how long since you last made a payment

thank you for the reply this is the letter I received it's from an old littlewoods catalogue which I made the last payment to at the end of 2011 but I'm not sure exactly what date thank you
