  • Letter from Cabot re CCA request

    Hi.

I have sent CCA request to Cabot and informed about this Sooshmith which was appointed by Cabot to take legal action.

Original letter from Cabot was sent to my wife with her maden (she does not use it any more) name so she replied to Cabot and Sooshmits wit her new name asking for CCA proof.

Cabot replied that they cannot proceed action requested about CCA till my wife will send them a prove she changed her name.

What should she do? Should she sent a marriage certificate? Or they should prove she is a person they are loooking for?

If the CCA request is being on hold what does it mean? Any good or no? What is the best move now?

Cabot sent back postal order for £1 saying they cannot provide CCA as there is different name. No dates, time saying if not reply in such time they will proceed with any action. Just on hold. Does it mean it will be on hold till they will find way to prove the name or still can start court action?
