• Voluntary termination

Hi, I sent a VT request to Advantage finance on the 30th Oct, received a reply on 31st Oct post them taking a payment stating I have no outstanding payments. They have requested the goods 'must be returned' to them in 21 days to complete VT.
They have given as an alternative a collection service for upfront fee of £80.
1, do I have to return to them?
2, if I did pay the £80 ( to get rid of vehicle) does that make me liable for any other fees.
Vehicle is in good condition, recent mot and low mileage. rob
