I'm new here, so hi to everyone! I wondered if anyone might be able to help me. Long story but I have a default registered against me that I am currently fighting O2 to remove..However quick question - the default date registered on my credit file for this is wrong and 5 months after the date on the default letter they claim to have sent to me.Is this grounds to challenge the default and have it removed or is my best option just getting the date amended on my credit report? Thanks for any help!
