It is not acceptable for the finance company to take three months to "look into it"
CRA 2015 Sec 20 (15) A refund under this section must be given without undue delay

Email and remind them and also mention that if they delay you will also be claiming your damages.{CRA 2015 Sec 19 (11)]
Head it "letter before action" and be prepared to initiate court proceedings.

Well send a letter before action, and if you have done that initiate court proceedings

Well it looks like only option is court proceedings as I have sent 2 letters and around 30 emails
