If you don't mind me asking, what is it about your claim that is making you think you need to use a professional service?, if you feel there is some complication, we may be able to reassure you and help you out a little along the way? There is lots of experience in most matters on here and while the iste are happy to recommend specialists, it could be that you can complete your claim yourself with a little support - just thought I'd check first?

I concurr with the other posts above, Xanadoo. There is a vast amount of experience on this site from people who have taken there banks to court and won. The process is detailed in the FAq's and there is plenty of help available that will be freely given if you need it.
