  • Complain To Your Mp About The Unfair "waiver

to any mod, admin or anyone else one else reading this thread
can you please petition your MP,to raise the issue of the unfairness of the conditions of the "waiver agreement" between the OFT,FAS AND THE BANKING INDUSTRY.
BECAUSE WHILST THE TIMESCALES THAT THE BANKS HAD TO ADHERE
TO WHILST DEALING WITH YOUR COMPLAINT ARE SUSPENDED, (WITH THE THE BLESSING OF THE FSA AND OFT and BOS) THEY STILL ALLOW THE BANKS TO IMPLEMENT THEIR "PENALTY CHARGING REGIME"
    THIS IS AN UNFAIR AGREEMENT.
ALSO THE OFTS REMIT IS FAIRNESS TOWARD THE CONSUMER, NOT THE INTEREST OF BANKING INDUSTRY

IF THE OFT ALLOW THEM THIS WAIVER UNTIL THE OUTCOME OF THE TEST CASE THEN SURELY THE BANKS AND THEIR ILK SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO IMPLEMENT THE SAID CHARGES ALSO UNTIL THE OUTCOME OF THE TEST CASE INTO THEIR LEGALITY

if you wish to EMAIL you MP then please use this link
    www.theyworkforyou.com
THIS SITE WILL HELP YOU FIND YOUR MP AND SUPPLY YOU WITH HIS/HER EMAIL, ETC
THEY ALSO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THEM (via an email inquiry to yourself to check they have responded)

JUST A SUGGESTION I HAVE THROWN OUT
FEEL FREE TO MESS ABOUT WITH IT

Doesn't the FSA have a review of the waiver coming up? What about MP's interests, ie in banks and their stock?
Should we not be protesting at the FSA waiver that has tipped the fairness of banking away from the consumer?

      great!!!!!!
feel free to edit/ put suggestions in this thread
      but lets get it going!!!!
      complain to the oft,fsa whoever
but also lets get the mps to ask pertinent questions of ALL OF THEM
remember the oft is a government appointed body who's remit is your interests

the MP'S are your officially appointed representatives in government and also your voice in the same government
if enough "voters" ask them to raise a question in the house of commons they must respond thus bringing this issue further into the public eye
