I share the suspicion that some of the posts recently have been created using ChatGPT or similar.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

We are not training an AI on the forum and if we made a business decision to do so, we would inform our user community of this.

However we cannot preclude non experienced users trying to respond on posts having obtained an answer from ChatGPT or a similar AI tool. We need to be vigilant to this, as although useful they do not always provide a correct or entirely accurate response based on English and Welsh law. Therefore we would ask our experienced volunteers to correct any inaccuracies to maintain the integrity of the high standard of legal advice the forum is known to provide.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
