    Legal advise. Can my employer read my personal messages on my works company PDA without consent & listen to phone calls without given notice ?

      Yes it their platform and not for personal use for security they are entitled to monitor also may be part of job role a requirement they monitor.If it was private you should use own phone pc etcÂ*

        Ps your company lets you make personal calls from their phone if so just wow. Cost security their time . Email possibly breach security .what makes you think you can.. Maybe there is a different context if so please elaborate
