Hello, I would appreciate if I get advice on how to dea with this ticket. My car was parked by the driver in a residential area, which is restricted between 11am and 1pm. A ticket was placed in the windscreen. Please what do I do as the owner of the car. Thanks in advance. I have attached copy of ticket.

This is a Council ticket & as it stands it looks as if you are bang to rights and therefore must be paid, best done before it goes up to full price. If you don't think you owe it then appeal to the Council.
